"I was yearning for a relationship with my father..." Traumatic and rough childhood, that's how Yvon grew up. Desperate to get out of the home situation, she left the house at 16 only to jump into the military and a violently abusive relationship and find herself in need of saving. Her revolving door of emotionally absent, alcoholic, affairs, and abusive relationships with men continued one after another, and she started to see the unhealthy pattern with men and the lies they spoke over her. No bank account, no car, had cancer, no job, and no place to live, Yvon is gifted a rental house to stay in, a friend loaned her a car and is going to food banks for over a year while she is getting chemotherapy. What about the kids? What about her relationship with God? What is Yvon doing now and how is she helping others?
